Cozy beach house is located on Isle of Palms,in Charleston,South Carolina. It is approximately a 3 minute walk to one of the Southern States most beautiful/clean/semi-private beaches. Private pool in back yard. This pool can be heated if renter agrees to refill propane tanks,call for more info. Golf cart available with Release of Liability Form.
Enjoy this home year round with mild weather and beautiful scenery, not to mention the charming culture of this amazing city. Isle of Palms is well known for it's family beaches & atmosphere. Historic downtown Charleston and the barrier islands that surround it have a European feel. You'll find time to stop and smell the roses. Where lifestyle and quality family time are highly valued.
This home is close to the public Marina (41st avenue) where boating, kayaking, jet skiing, para-sailing and fishing license can be obtained. Don't forget the sea trout, red fish, and shrimp run in the ocean creeks in Sept-Nov. Each of the 3 bedrooms contain King size beds for extra comfort, while the den has a pull-out sofa bed,and the sun room has a bunk bed. Sleeps 8 comfortably. The kitchen was recently remodeled in all white, while the rest of the decor reflects a more tropical/ floral theme. Outside, you will find a lush tropical landscape with a Date Palm and Sago Palms. There is a 2 car garage for extra parking. If you enjoy golf you are only minutes away from Wild Dunes Resort & Golf. On 24th avenue (5 blocks away)you will find the community Rec. Center. Here you can play tennis (free I believe ), enjoy a nice playground with picnic tables, small workout room, play basketball, etc.
Note: 4 car maximum enforced by city of IOP.
