Relax & enjoy cozy beach house located at 704 Carolina Blvd. , Isle of Palms, Charleston, South Carolina. It is 1 Block from the beach! Home has some ocean & creek views from the 1st and 2ND floors. If you like to eat seafood you are only minutes away from The Boathouse restaurant and front beach's One Eyed Parrot. If you want to walk to dinner you are only 3 blocks from the downtown area where live outdoor entertainment/beach music is often played. This home has 4 bedrooms in all. Three bedrooms on 2ND floor and one on 3rd floor. The 2ND floor has 3 bedrooms/2 full baths. The Master bedroom has a small private balcony on the ocean side. On the 3rd floor is where you will find the Loft (here there are 2 twin beds and 1 queen bed. ) The 1st floor has the kitchen & den and 1/2bath area along with a wrap around screened in porch with grill/patio set. In the back yard you will find a play set with fort for the kids to enjoy. If you're an avid golfer you'll be glad to know that Wild Dunes Golf & Resorts is only minutes away and the courses have ocean/marsh views throughout. On 28Th Avenue is the local Rec. Center: tennis,basketball,work out room, playground, etc. If the kids want to go to a water park there is a Charleston County Water parks (the one in Mt. Pleasant is the closest, end of Longpoint subdivision), but 2 for Tuesdays is too crowded, better bet-try Mondays. If the kids are older then Wannamaker Water Park is the place to go-approx. 25-30 minutes away, but worth the drive. Blackbeard's Cove has putt-putt,go-carts, rock wall, arcade,etc. Don't forget to visit the historic downtown area for history, great meals, the Aquarium, The Children's Museum, Fort Moultrie, Tons of festivals/theaters, etc. Our rates can vary depending on availability so feel free to call and inquire. Also if you enjoy Christmas this home gets decorated each October by Christmas Decor. So the roof line, windows, and Palm trees are lit up to be very festive yet the temperature is usually mild. There is a 4 car maximum as allowed by the City of Isle of Palms- it is enforced. |

This unit is fully equipped with Linens and towels. The beds are already made for your convenience (many of the beach houses are not). Vacationers should bring their own beach towels. The owners try to keep kid's toys, beach toys, & board games at this house, due to the flow of traffic these may or may not be around. Any questions please feel free to call. |
