You have logged on to the best Vacation VILLA in the Disney area offering a great deal for a private Villa Pool Home with a jacuzzi. Our bright, sunny 4 bedroom luxury villa is in a 5 Star gated resort community with 24 hour security just 2. 5 miles from Disney. Our Villa has high quality furnishings to go with the 15x30 ft heated pool surrounded by tropical landscaping for additional privacy. A barbecue grill and high speed Internet access are provided at no additional cost.
We have a master suite w/private bath, walk-in closet, king bed, TV & DVD. 2nd bedroom has queen bed. 3rd & 4th bedrooms have twin beds and there is a TV and Sony PlayStation2 in the 4th. There also is a queen air bed for 2 additional guests to sleep. Phone allows for free local calls and ability to call anywhere by credit card. The family room has a new flat panel wide screen TV.
There is a full service kitchen and breakfast nook with all the necessities to make you feel at home. The nook provides informal dining while the dining room provides a more formal atmosphere. The Villa is also equipped with a full size washer & dryer. It is child friendly. In addition to the Sony PlayStation it comes with 2 hi-chairs, port-a-crib, bed rails for a twin bed and a baby monitor. The pool has a child safety mesh fence and gate. Finally, we have a friendly and helpful local management company available 24hrs who will be pleased to assist in making your stay comfortable and trouble free.
Mystic Dunes Golf Course is across the street and appx 2 miles away is Arnold Palmer's famous course "The Legend" at Orange Lake, along with many other area golf courses. In the resort community you have free unlimited use of the gorgeous 7500sq ft clubhouse, state of art fitness center, huge community pool, spa, toddler pool and wrap around sun deck, tennis courts,free sports equipment available for basketball courts & sand volleyball court, 58 seat private cinema, video/arcade room, movie rentals, table tennis & pool tables, a child's play area,convenience store,& business center. A Wei room for rent is now available.
